Preiser Consultants was retained by a growing national private organization to navigate pending merger, sales strategies, and anticipated changes in leadership.
Two facilitated interventions took place simultaneously—one with leadership and one with a large sales and marketing staff consisting of approximately 1,200 representatives.
To prepare all staff for the anticipated changed associated with the merger, DiSC type indicator assessments were provided to help with understanding of preferred work styles for collaboration, delegation and communication.
