Dr. Rudy Garrity is the founder and CEO of the American Learnership ForumTM (ALF), a not-for-profit 501c(3) educational services enterprise located in Washington, D.C. LearnershipTM is our trademark that advocates lifelong learning, leading and legacy excellence through innovative educational, coaching, and consulting services for personal and professional clients that desire intellectually and emotionally satisfying lives and careers. The management of ALF organizational functions and services conform to the scope and mission requirements of IRS approved non-profit 501c(3)

The ALF vision is for an American culture that operates as proactive lifelong learners in the systematic and integral pursuit of individual self-fulfillment, organizational high performance, the community common good and societal enlightenment. Our extensive list of products and services includes: (1) lifelong learning, leading and legacy, (2) enterprise change and transformation, (3) organization learning and knowledge systems, (4) personal and corporate branding, (5) community services and fundraising, (6) social advocacy and e-publishing and (7) program and project management.

Dr. Garrity has a B.S. and MBA from Monmouth University and an MPA and DPA from the University of Southern California. He has an extensive career as a federal government and private sector specialist, leader, educator and consultant before embarking on coaching services for the not-for-profit community. His work history includes numerous U.S. DOD, Intelligence and Justice Agencies, and private sector organizations like IBM, EDS and L-3 Communications. Dr. Garrity has been a George Washington University adjunct faculty member for Enterprise Learning and Knowledge Management, and a co-founder of the International Institute for Knowledge and Innovation.
