Terry Henry, MBA is a high level consultant who serves as Development Leader for introducing and establishing the oversight and implementation of Operational Performance Improvement to organizations. He blends philosophies and practices as a team builder while creating synergy among staff members so they can generate and ingrain best practices on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
As the Development Leader to an organization, he serves as a leader in communications, so that consistency and continuity of organizational philosophies, execution, standards and expectations exist from level to level. In addition, the Development Leader creatively seeks out solutions to issues and challenges, so that an organization can establish a foundation of winning with a focus on the professional and personal development of each individual team member.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Business and Operational Management from Embry-Riddle, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Terry resides in Tampa, Florida, and is an avid snow skier. He also holds 6 flight instructor certifications and is a licensed jet pilot with over 14,000 flight hours.
