I recently read in Fortune Magazine that former Google CEO Eric Schmidt said,
“best advice I ever got was to get a coach!”
I’ve served as an Executive Coach to “C-Suite” executives, business owners, leaders and teams for more than 35 years. When I was CEO of one of the nation’s largest HMOs I retained a coach who helped me to create a SIOP – a strategic integrated operations plan. My coach enabled me to effectively deal with the challenging events, conditions and people to bring it into existence. The wisdom and assistance I gained was invaluable when I was struggling with the overwhelming and chaotic circumstances that were inherent in running a growing enterprise.
