Preiser Consultants was retained by a state public health department to assist in developing a plan to foster positive cultural change within their respective work units, build leadership capacity, and improve their coaching skills as leaders.
As a whole, the group improved their leadership scores in all areas measured by the Franklin Covey® Leadership Quotient Assessment. In addition, there was a significant improvement (50%) in the group’s aggregate Net Promoter Score (“All things considered, how likely are you to recommend [Manager] as a leader to others?”).
