Pauline McNeill Rivers, Ph.D., is a workforce development coach and organization development and learning consultant with over 20 years of experience in consulting, training, and instructional design and development. She specializes in leadership training and coaching for managers and supervisors, employee and team development, individual and organizational assessment, and instructional design and writing.
Dr. Rivers’s has designed and delivered training and consultation programs for government and private sector organizations including: the Federal Aviation Administration, Florida Department of Transportation, Lockheed Martin Shared Services, Florida Department of Health, Sacred Heart Hospital, City of Lakeland, and Three Rivers Legal Services. Additionally, as founder of the Building Strong Families Conferences, she sponsors and facilitates community-based empowerment seminars for women, men, and families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Florida.
